Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment. During holidays or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping may apply during special promotions or for subscription boxes (as listed on our site).

Delays & Lost Packages
Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times are controlled by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS). We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
